How you will create an impact:
  • Support the end-to-end HR Analytics and workforce planning processes related to workforce management and resource allocation within the Healthcare & Life Sciences team.
  • Assist with annual FTE planning by aligning staffing needs with business performance and operational goals.
  • Analyze FTE utilization to assess team workload, capacity, and resource availability.
  • Contribute to employee performance analysis to support talent development and evaluation processes.
  • Extract and consolidate data from systems such as SAP and other internal databases.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical deliverables for senior stakeholders, including Partners and Division Heads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Support ad hoc HR and workforce analytics projects as required.
About you:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including intensive use of Power Query, Pivot Tables, and other functions.
  • Advanced-Proficient level of English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Basic knowledge or strong interest in Power BI and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to prepare clear dashboards, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect data insights to operational and strategic decisions.
  • Interest in HR Analytics, workforce planning, and people management topics.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
