Job description


Primary Mission
Design and implement a scalable manufacturing data infrastructure by collecting data from the ERP (Manufacturo), production floor, and manual processes, then transform that data into Power BI dashboards that support operational excellence, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This internship is from late August through early December 2026. This is a full-time role with potential for overtime.

       Learn Manufacturo ERP
       Understand shop floor data flow
       Build automated Power BI dashboards
       Create standardized KPI structure
       Validate data accuracy
       Map manufacturing processes
       Build KPI data dictionary
       Develop weekly/monthly reports
       Recommend automation opportunities
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Data Analytics or related field
Required Technical Skills

Additional Requirements: 
  • Willing and able to work on-site in Redondo Beach, CA for the duration of the internship 
  • This position may require overtime hours; interns are eligible for overtime pay.

Additional Information:
Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
