What You’ll Do
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with students between the ages of 3 and 21 years of age under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using Natural Environment Teaching (NET).
  • Manage behavioral events with professionalism and apply Safety-Care techniques for de-escalation.
  • Collect and input data to monitor progress and collaborate with the BCBA to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Partner with families through compassionate engagement and support parent training for continuity of care.

Behavior Technician Training:

  • Registered Behavior Technicians receive intentional training with students over 9-12 hours per student.
Guaranteed Hours:
  • Full-time Registered Behavior Technicians with open availability are guaranteed a minimum of 32 hours per week
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma or higher
  • Age: 21+
  • Background Check: Must pass national and local checks
  • Driver’s License: Colorado License preferred for state licensing
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift/support up to 75 lbs. and actively engage with students (standing, kneeling, running, jumping)
