Please note: the schedule for this role has a start time between 5am-7am PST. It is a rotating schedule a few times per year.

ADP is hiring an Associate Service Delivery Processing Specialist.In this position you will transmit, receive, confirm, and verify in a multi-platform environment various type of transmissions within established deadlines. Manually schedule processing windows following the established region window schedule. Monitor the successful completion of submitted jobs. Call and confirm transmission status and completion with regions and banks. Responsible for supporting and trouble-shooting all transmission related activities across ADP business partners and banking partners. Maintain established procedures and timelines across multiple processing locations to support dual operations. Balance daily windows per region. Update processes periodically as required to support disaster recovery plan and participate in all contingency exercises.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Transmit and receive, in a multi-platform environment, various types of data using multiple communications software, within established deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ADP and bank/vendor transmission problems.
  • Inform management of any unresolved issue that could delay a transmission.
  • Keep management apprised of all bank/vendor issues and potential bank processing deadline concerns by submitting incident notification report via email and providing periodic status updates timely.
  • Confirm the transmission of bank files using the individual security requirements established by the various financial institutions.
  • Verify that all files sent to financial, state and federal institutions have been successfully received.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot transmission to and from regions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve transmission problems.
  • Inform manager of any unresolved issues.
  • Add manual conditions to application software to submit scheduled runs on request jobs.
  • Use tracking system and Main Frame to monitor successful completion of submitted jobs.
  • Process Hot Banking & payroll reruns based on completion of prerequisite conditions per dedicated region.
  • Maintain transmission verification logs.
  • Report daily transmissions totals.
  • Maintain balancing records for each window ran daily per region.
  • Maintain monthly Out of Balance expectations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:Required Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
  • You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.Otheracceptable experiences could include:

  • Experience noted above, OR
  • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-throughwill help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience
  • One year of banking or financial services experience, or one year of operational or transactional business process support experience
  • Comfortable working a schedule with a start time between 5am-7am PST
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial transactions combined with banking knowledge, computer operations knowledge, analysis, and critical thinking.
  • Ability to handle complex and multiple functions simultaneously.
