HR Administrative Assistant (Temporary – 3 Months)

Fort Collins, CO
$16–$18/hour

Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support a client in Fort Collins. This is a temporary assignment (approximately 3 months) and a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a professional environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update electronic employee records within HR systems (Workday, ADP)

  • Assist with digitizing employee files, converting paper records into organized electronic files

  • Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance of all personnel documentation

  • Support HRIS data management and generate reports as needed

  • Assist with organizing and standardizing employee records and files

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with ongoing projects


Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

  • Experience working with HR systems (Workday, ADP preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

  • Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus
