Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Analytics Technical Consultant with broad experience across the Adobe Experience Cloud and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This role will serve as a trusted technical and strategic advisor, helping enterprise organizations improve digital analytics, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target with business consulting, data analysis, digital strategy, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Technical Consulting
  • Provide technical and strategic consulting across Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, CDP, Audience Manager, and GA4.
  • Design and recommend digital analytics solutions aligned with business objectives and customer experience strategies.
  • Support implementation, configuration, optimization, and enablement of digital analytics platforms.
  • Analyze digital data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.
  • Define KPIs, success metrics, measurement strategies, and analytics frameworks.
  • Recommend improvements to digital measurement, reporting, personalization, and customer journey analytics.
Digital Strategy & Transformation
  • Lead and co-deliver digital transformation, customer journey, digital marketing, and analytics strategy engagements.
  • Understand customer digital-channel objectives and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Conduct workshops to gather requirements, identify business challenges, and define solution strategies.
  • Partner with product and technical teams to shape solution capabilities and delivery roadmaps.
  • Stay current with modern analytics, digital marketing, personalization, and MarTech trends.
Client & Executive Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead client workshops, strategy sessions, and executive presentations.
  • Represent analytics initiatives in steering committees and senior leadership meetings.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams, partners, and decision-makers.
  • Identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and recommend innovative solutions.
Pre-Sales & Business Development
  • Support pre-sales activities and sales strategy by evaluating customer digital-channel objectives.
