Pay Range: $60hr - $65hr
- Responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, design, development, and deployment of solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Works on customer data strategies, segmentation, personalization, and activation across digital channels while integrating Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party systems.
- Provides technical leadership in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), data pipelines, APIs, and customer experience optimization.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 9+ years of experience in digital experience platforms.
- 4+ years of hands-on AEP implementation experience.
- 3 to 4+ years of Adobe Experience Platform development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Strong experience in Adobe Launch and Web SDK.
- Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform including XDM, Web SDKs, and APIs.
- Experience integrating AEP with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe CJA, Adobe Campaign, and other MarTech platforms.
- Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and data quality best practices.
- Experience building data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and activation.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and DPDP Act regulations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Experience:
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Data Management Platforms (DMPs).
- Experience working with cloud-based CDP environments.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end AEP solution design, development, and deployment.
- Define data strategies for segmentation, personalization, and customer activation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align AEP capabilities with marketing and analytics goals.
- Develop scalable data pipelines using AEP tools including Data Collection, Data Lake, and Identity Services.
- Design and implement XDM schemas ensuring governance and compliance.
- Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party systems.
- Provide technical leadership in CDP and DMP implementations.
- Develop APIs and integration strategies for enterprise systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Deliver training sessions and documentation for stakeholders and end users.
- Stay updated with AEP enhancements and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data science teams to improve customer experience.
- Analyze data trends and provide business insights and recommendations.
Should Have:
- Adobe Certified Expert in AEP or AJO preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Customer AI preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Web SDK and Mobile SDK preferred.
- Exposure to marketing automation and CDP platforms preferred.
