Entry-level professionals in this field work under the guidance of more experienced designers and may be responsible for tasks like photo editing, creating simple graphics, formatting documents, or preparing files for print or digital media. These positions provide foundational experience with Adobe tools, enabling employees to develop their skills and advance to higher-level design roles. At Nuvo Solutions, we manage wireless devices, fleet tracking, and mobile expenses for field service businesses so they can focus on running their companies.
We are casual, highly collaborative, and deeply proud of our team culture. To be absolutely clear, we are a high-performing team; a group of dedicated professionals who come together to work hard, support each other, hit our targets, and go home. We value individual performance, mutual respect, a drama-free environment, and relentless personal growth.
Our Core Values define who we are:
  • Be Accountable: Own your projects, your performance, and your metrics.
  • Always Deliver Quality: High standards apply to everything we put out visually and textually.
  • Always Be Courteous: Professionalism and respect are non-negotiable across all digital channels.
  • Be Tenacious: We don't back down from hard problems or slow digital growth; we pivot and push forward.
  • Serve Others First: Focus on solving problems for our clients and providing value to our team.
  • Be Socially Responsible: Care about the impact we leave on our industry and community.
  • Grow or Die Mentality: Complacency is the enemy. We are always learning, testing, and sharpening our skills.

The Immediate Reality (Why We Need You)
We are growing fast, and we need a creative engine to scale our digital footprint. On Day One, your fires are clear: we need someone who can step in immediately to manage all of our social media platforms, spread aggressive brand awareness, foster genuine brand loyalty, and actively assist in feeding qualified leads into our sales systems. You aren't just posting pictures; you are helping build the engine that drives our company's visibility and growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Own, curate, and scale our presence across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) with consistent, engaging, and relevant content.
  • Content & Brand Creation: Design and produce high-quality visual and written assets utilizing Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Lead Generation Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to leverage digital content into lead generation, ensuring new prospects are seamlessly funneled into our system.
  • Internal Communications: Take ownership of our internal newsletter, transforming it into an engaging resource filled with a variety of relevant company stories, updates, and images.
  • Tech Stack Utilization: Run your daily workflows out of Zoho One and Google Workspace to track metrics, schedule campaigns, and maintain detailed, organized records.

What "Crushing It" Looks Like
In your first 90 days: Success means you have completely integrated into our culture and deeply understand the products and services Nuvo offers. You have a firm grasp on our target audience and have mastered the specific types of content we want to share both internally and externally.
In your first year: Success means you have created a completely uniform, professional brand image across all social media platforms. The internal newsletter is refined, engaging, and highly anticipated by the team. Most importantly, you have streamlined our digital lead entry process in tandem with the sales team, proving a direct impact on our pipeline.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Location: Ability to work 100% on-site at our office in Clayton, NC.
  • Experience: Proven track record managing professional social media accounts, creating digital content, and driving brand awareness.
  • Design & Tech Savvy: Highly proficient with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Comfortable navigating or quickly learning Zoho One and Google Workspace.
  • Creativity + Strategy: The ability to tell compelling stories that engage the field service industry while keeping an eye on lead generation metrics.
  • Tenacious & Coachable: A self-starter who welcomes feedback, thrives in a collaborative environment, and possesses a "Grow or Die" mentality.
