Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior eCommerce Analyst in Miami, FL (Florida).
Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and enhance comprehensive reports and dashboards within Adobe Analytics, delivering clear insights on website performance, user engagement, conversion metrics, and visitor behavior
* Analyze website user behavior, purchase patterns, and conversion funnels to uncover trends, gaps, and friction points, identifying opportunities for refinement(s); Comfortable working within Web Analytics and Database systems
* Effectively communicate and share performance updates in weekly check-ins and/or other meeting venues
* Investigate differences in user experiences across A/B test experiences, segments, and touchpoints, flagging issues or opportunities that require further investigation
* Identify and analyze points of user friction or drop-off in the customer journey, peeling back layers of data to explore deeper trends, isolate root causes, and uncover opportunities for optimization and growth
* Respond promptly to ad hoc requests for data and insights, providing accurate, relevant information to support strategic and operational decisions
* Partner with BI, product, and broader eCommerce teams to translate insights into actionable initiatives and ongoing improvements
* Stay current with industry best practices, emerging analytics techniques, and Adobe Analytics features to continually refine reporting and analysis capabilities
* Perform other related duties as assigned to support organizational goals
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent, directly related experience required
* 5-7 years of experience in web analytics, with experience with Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics
* Advanced experience working with databases and BI systems (e.g., Oracle SQL, Databricks)
* Proven experience in developing detailed reports, dashboards, and performing in-depth data analysis
* Strong understanding of Web Analytics KPIs, web optimization and product concepts and performance
* Knowledge of business and drivers of profitability, and how those relate to digital analytics
* Ability to manage time effectively and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced, cross functional environment
* Analytical: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and opportunities of alternative solutions and conclusions; Outstanding attention to detail
* Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and implement solutions
* Presentation: Using computer skills and communication style to create, edit and communicate slide presentations; Understanding end-state and the best way to present a story in a logical and analytical fashion to achieve desired results
* Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are communicating and taking time to understand points being made
* Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
