Job description

This role supports the optimization and sustainment of an Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) used to operate the electric distribution grid. The ADMS Analyst will partner closely with Distribution Control Centers, Geospatial, Grid Operations, and Business Systems teams to support model validation, system configuration, device integration, and overall system performance. This position plays a key role in supporting ongoing ADMS deployment and enhancement efforts, including system readiness, operational support, and continuous improvement of grid management capabilities.

Support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the ADMS platform Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Distribution Operations, GIS, IT, and Grid Management Perform model validation, promotion, and troubleshooting to ensure system accuracy and reliability Assist with testing efforts including system validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) Support integration of ADMS with SCADA systems, GIS platforms, and field devices Monitor and maintain ADMS performance metrics and system health Assist with device commissioning and resolve performance or integration issues Configure user interface components including displays, symbology, and system visibility Maintain and enhance mapping and geospatial components within ADMS Perform audits and validation activities to ensure adherence to operational and modeling standards Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of ADMS processes and workflows Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience supporting ADMS, OMS, or similar grid management systems Experience working within electric distribution operations or utility environments Understanding of electric distribution systems and grid operations Experience supporting system configuration, testing, or troubleshooting activities Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Schneider Electric ADMS or OMS platforms Experience with GIS systems (ESRI, GE Smallworld, or similar) Experience with SCADA systems or remotely controlled field devices Exposure to ADMS implementation, deployment, or go-live environments Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment Strong communication and documentation skills Details Location: Remote or State of Texas Start: ASAP (aligned to ADMS go-live timeline) Pay: TBD based on search Timeline: Would like to sup proactive profiles by April 3rd.
