WyoTech is looking for a driven and dynamic Field Admissions Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in connecting with prospective students, building relationships, attending events, and guiding applicants through the admissions process to help them take the next step toward their future. You’ll collaborate closely with our Enrollment Services team to ensure a smooth transition into one of WyoTech’s core programs. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a remote territory, building awareness and interest in WyoTech programs
  • Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations at high schools, events, and industry gatherings
  • Cultivate relationships with:
    • High school instructors and counselors
    • Career & Technical Education (CTE) programs
    • Industry partners and trade organizations
  • Identify and mentor top students, helping them explore and pursue careers in the trades
  • Guide students and families through the admissions and enrollment process
  • Represent WyoTech at career fairs, trade shows, and community events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management using CRM tools
