General Summary
Manages and oversees the Office of Admissions operations and customer service functions..
Major Duties
  • Manages and oversees the Office of Admissions operations and related customer service functions, including business processes, data capture and processing, functional and systems-related technology, document management, application processing and notification functions.
  • Manages the execution of all internal admission processes, including front-line and related customer service, communications and troubleshooting. Ensures the admissions operations team has consistent routines and protocols surrounding daily activities.
  • Develops and improves operational efficiency by resolving operational efficiency issues. Assesses operations to streamline processes and maintain a continuous process improvement office culture.
  • Ensures effective and efficient processing of applications by designing applications, supervising the processing of admission applications and transcripts and monitoring achievement of office goals for response time.
  • Collects and analyzes undergraduate admissions data. Compiles reports to inform predictive enrollment model efforts.
  • Evaluates and implements operating procedures. Communicates with internal and external stakeholders concerning policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate student-athlete compliance issues with athletic department personnel as needed.
  • Hires, trains, evaluates and supervises staff and student employees.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
  • Five years' relevant experience.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
