Clairidge House Nursing Home is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Admissions & Social Services Director to drive admissions growth, enhance resident and family satisfaction, and strengthen our position as a preferred skilled nursing provider in the Kenosha market.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all admissions activities and referral development efforts
  • Coordinate the admissions process from inquiry through admission
  • Manage resident social services and discharge planning functions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community referral sources
  • Navigate Medicare, Managed Care, Medicaid, and insurance authorization requirements
  • Drive census growth and occupancy goals
  • Support residents and families through transitions of care

What We're Looking For

✔ 2+ years of nursing home admissions and/or social services experience

✔ Strong knowledge of Medicare, Managed Care, Medicaid, and SNF reimbursement

✔ Experience obtaining prior authorizations and managing payer requirements

✔ Proven success in census development and referral relationship management
