Job Description
Ebenezer Ridges Care Center, a Five-Star CMS Facility and a 2014 deficiency free home, has an exciting opportunity available for a part-time Licensed Social Worker to work afternoons .5 (40 hours/ppd). This position is responsible for admission paperwork for the 12 bed TCU, which will expand to 24 beds in August 2015, a Long Term Care case load of 16 and work as a team with other social workers on campus. We are seeking a professional with experience in transitional care, long-term care and admissions. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and problem solving skills as well as the desire to become a vital part of a dedicated team on a growing campus.
Qualifications
LSW is required.
