Join Our Team as an Admissions Coordinator

As an Admissions Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and families entering our facility. You’ll play a key role in guiding them through the admissions process with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a genuine passion for helping others in long-term care.

Your Impact as an Admissions Coordinator

  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and referral sources to ensure a smooth admissions process.

  • Complete bedside assessments, review documentation, and clinically accept residents for admission.

  • Prepare weekly reports and maintain organized records of all admissions activity.

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support seamless transitions for new residents.

  • Represent the facility in community presentations on long-term care, aging, and health services.

  • Promote community outreach and strengthen relationships with healthcare partners.

  • Travel locally as needed to support referral development and engagement efforts.

  • Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company safety and policy procedures.

  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and teamwork in all interactions.
