Job description

Administrative Assistant

Springwell is seeking an experienced onsite Administrative Assistant to join our growing Administrative Team! The compensation for this role is $25.64/hr for a 37.5 hour work-week.

The Administrative Assistant will provide overall administrative support for designated Springwell staff with specific support to Springwell's Quality and Contract team. Responsibilities for this position may include:

  • Providing administrative support for projects, which may include compiling materials, data entry, and running reports
  • Assisting with completion of vendor on site audits and compilation of audit related materials
  • Maintaining a system of organization for contract documentation
  • Administrative duties such as data entry, mailing, faxing, phone calls, e-mails, scanning, copying and filing
  • Providing coverage for other administrative assistants and the receptionist as needed
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of supply rooms, meeting rooms, and common areas
  • Performance of other office duties as requested

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or 2 years of administrative experience in an office setting preferred
  • Previous experience in the human services or business sector preferred
  • Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities and maintain flexibility with assigned tasks
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support others
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work
  • Knowledge of computer software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
