Physician Administration Manager


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Administration Manager to lead and oversee our physician support teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, coordinate vital functions, and ensure the smooth operation of our physician-related activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive experience in physician administration, and a collaborative approach to team management.


Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the physician administration team, including physician credentialing, physician liaison, schedulers, and physician recruiter.

- Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and coordinate with the Director of Physician Affairs to optimize team productivity.

- Oversee physician partners' onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.

- Supervise payroll administration and other related activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and service quality.

- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and facilitate professional development.

- Collaborate with various departments to support physician engagement and operational goals.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in physician administration and team management.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

- Strong understanding of physician credentialing, onboarding, and payroll processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
