We are looking for a compassionate and caring administration assistant to join our team in St. Thomas. You will be working with a not for profit organization and assisting new clients as they come in to the office. Duties: - Greeting and assisting new clients in the office - Data entry - Assisting inbound callers - Using Outlook to communicate with clients and vendors - Running errands for the office Requirements: - Must be a patient, compassionate, and caring individual - Must have basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) - Must be able to work in-office in St. Thomas - own vehicle required - Must be able to pass a criminal background check with vulnerable screening Pay rate: - $25/hour - Weekly pay every Friday Apply today to make a difference in the community!
