Job description

Old Town tax firm seeks to hire a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Admin Assistant for Tax Season Assignment --with potential for a full time position.

Tasks will involve customer care, appointment scheduling, filing, scanning, management support, and tax returns assembly (training will be provided), among other administrative duties as assigned.

Candidate must possess the ability to learn new software and procedures quickly, be well organized, able to multitask effectively, and work well independently. Must be attentive to details, efficient, have initiative, and have excellent work ethics.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be adept at prioritize tasks and manage their time well.
