Job description


Administrative Assistant is directly responsible for servicing and overseeing all rooms and suites within the Nobu Tower.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for day-to-day operation and is to liaise with the necessary departments and executives (Casino Hosts, Senior Management, Associates) to ensure that all necessary activities are carried out to ensure total satisfaction of the guests and clients
  • Responsible for implementing and executing Nobu standards
  • Responsible for allocating resources to ensure all guests' needs are met in a timely manner while maintaining Nobu standards
  • Responsible for coordinating amenities, which includes the ordering as well as ensuring delivery of such
  • Responsible for ensuring the inventory is maintained and all items are charged prior to delivery to rooms and suites
  • Responsible for taking food orders from all guests within the Nobu hotel, including food orders from all outlets within Caesars Palace - Admin Assistant must be able to upsell and make suggestions on the orders
  • Handles special requests and coordinates the execution of such with all other departments, including but not limited to Housekeeping, Limos, Engineering, F&B and outside vendors
  • Takes reservations for restaurants and spa and upsells and makes suggestions as necessary
  • Admin Assistant takes ownership of all calls within Nobu Hotel and follows up with all requests to ensure guest expectations are always exceeded.

Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess a strong charismatic personality
  • Previous F&B or VIP Dispatcher/Admin Assistant preferred
  • Knowledge of InfoGenesis, LMS and Showcase
  • Presentable and professional attitude at-all-times, approachable
  • Hands-on approach when necessary to satisfy the expectations of guests and Associates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Pro-active and has initiative
  • Strong attention to detail, meticulous
  • Excellent organizational skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Constant contact with Hotel Management/employees and guests.
  • Fast-paced office; Must be able to do more than one task at a time.
  • Ability to perform reaching, stooping and /or crouching motions repeatedly
  • Must be able to communicate verbally
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs.
