Production Administrators at Victors Home Solutions will be a key component in providing our customers with the best experience in the home improvement industry. The ideal candidate has a high sense of urgency and excellent organizational skills. The Production Administrator position requires strong telephone and written communication between construction crews, customers, and the Victors Home Solutions team. The ability to multitask in a fast pace environment is a requirement. This position reports directly to the Lead Production Administrators.
  • Review customer contracts for accuracy of color, size, and other job related details
  • Create production documents for installation crews to use in the field
  • Order materials and schedule delivery to job sites
  • Contact customers to schedule installation dates and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Work with the General Manager to continually enhance service quality standards
  • Communicate with and process permits from building departments
  • Take status calls and report back to customers with updates
  • Track projects for the successful completion of all phases of projects
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with customers as well as other staff members
  • Monitor production efficiencies and recommend corrections to meet targets
  • Interact with various departments to service customers
