Job description

Houston's premier outsourcing company is looking for motivated individuals for full-time positions. The duties may include mail room, filing and receptionist positions. Prior experience not necessary.


Job Requirements:
Send, receive, sort, and route all mail and deliveries
Scan documents and files
Legal filing experience helpful
Make copies with various copy equipment
Send US Mail, FedEx and UPS
Screen and direct multi-line telephone system
Take and relay messages to appropriate personnel
Provide callers with address, directions, and other information
Greet on-site visitors and announce arrival to appropriate personnel
Schedule and maintain interviews and appointments
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Create and print memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
Develop and maintain current and accurate filing systems
Great Verbal/Written Communication Skills
Great Time Management Skills
Must be Detail Oriented with Organizational skills
Must be able to work in a High-Volume, Fast-Paced Environment
Strong Computer Skills and Spreadsheet Conversion knowledge
Must be able to work Independently and work well Under Pressure while performing daily tasks
