Our client is seeking a high caliber Administrative Assistant to support the Operations lead for their Energy Division. This is a fast paced, high responsibility role supporting a leader who manages a team of eight and oversees daily operational functions.

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide direct support to the Operations lead, manage a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, and ensure smooth workflow across the department. This role requires exceptional organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exposure to the Title industry is desired.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Operations lead

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, communications, and follow through items

  • Manage high volume email and document flow with accuracy and urgency

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents with strong Excel proficiency

  • Assist with accounting related tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and tracking

  • Support operational processes for the Energy Division and assist with team coordination

  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy under pressure
