Position Overview

Lane Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and program coordination. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high-level of accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

Organize and coordinate client events, training sessions, and travel arrangements

Manage office operations, supplies, and inventory control

Coordinate outreach efforts and assist with program initiatives

Maintain and track program referrals and related documentation

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Support purchasing of program incentives and materials

Utilize electronic databases for data entry and tracking

Perform general administrative duties and additional tasks as assigned


Qualifications & Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook required)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to navigate electronic databases and systems

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Valid Texas Driver's License required

Professional demeanor with strong communication skills


Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field required.

Relevant administrative experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
