Overview
Enterprise Mobility has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant position.
Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands and has frequently been named one of the top places to work.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative duties along with providing direct support to our General Manager and Executive Team.
This position is located at our administrative headquarters in Bozeman,MT. Address is 320 Pronghorn Trail, Bozeman, MT, 59718

Schedule: This position will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm
Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
  • Providing a wide assortment of support for multiple business departments
  • Organizing schedules and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
  • Creating and proofing documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Coordinating trainings, presentations, celebrations, and other departmental events
  • Performing general administrative duties, including phone and email communication
  • Maintaining documentation/files for projects on ongoing operational activities
  • Taking initiative to analyze, change and/or develop system to improve office efficiencies
  • Maintaining and ordering inventory of office supplies
  • Administrative assistant duties for our General Manager

  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management

  • Strong time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Must be at least 18 years old
