He or she manages and follows through with the communication within the department and coordinates processes to ensure the department maintains organization. He or she assists with emails, phones, and has experience with excel and 10-key.
This position will be monitoring all paperwork is complete and accurate, following up on questions and assisting the manager. 
The ideal candidate has some experience in an administrative position. He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
