We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay range of $30 - $35/hr, however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Description:

Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Under limited supervision and acting on own initiative, performs various administrative duties for Executive level Managers, General Managers or Manager of department(s). Position provides administrative support to the VP Baytown East Operations which is responsible for the CA BE and PM OPC operation in the Baytown site. Assignments generally involve work of a confidential nature and require a thorough knowledge of the practices and procedures of the function, company products, policies and programs. This position liaisons and maintains strong, effective communications with external and internal contacts and various organizations. The role requires exceptional communications and customer service skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • HS Degree with 10 years relevant experience or associate"s degree with 5 years" relevant experience.

  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Teams, Notes, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage the Resources in CV-Identity Access Management System.

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and to work independently with minimal direction and guidance.

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized able to deliver a wide range of services meeting a high standard of timeliness, accuracy and quality.

  • Able to work with employees at all levels of the organization
