Job description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Denver Showroom Manager

Location: Denver, CO

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt, In-Person

Established in 1961, Balani Custom Clothiers has been hailed as "one of the top six tailors in the world" (J.W. Marriott Magazine) and "the best high-end tailor" (Chicago Magazine). We are among the leaders in the industry in providing finely tailored luxury clothing to our clients in the convenience of their home, office or one of our high-end showrooms. Our diverse client base spans multiple industries and provides opportunities to work with clients ranging from professional athletes to business executives. Balani Custom Clothiers currently has established markets in fourteen cities nationwide, and we are looking to expand our national team of custom stylists/sales associates to meet the ever-growing demand for our services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support daily operations of the Denver showroom
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of items in/out to clients and other locations
  • Order accessories, inventory and supplies for the showroom
  • Unpack, label, track and organize garments in the showroom; coordinate with our local tailor and dry cleaner to ensure a seamless process
  • Meet-and-greet clients creating a welcoming and professional environment
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling for potential clients
  • Manage incoming inquiries, phone calls and email communications directing them to the appropriate employee
  • Assist the Denver Showroom and marketing team with social media accounts (including refreshing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), sharing details about upcoming events and exciting news within the Balani community
  • Data entry (new books)
  • Occasional in person deliveries to client's offices or homes
  • Must have ability to manage online CRM
  • Assist with additional company projects
  • Responsibilities are not all-inclusive and will include other duties as assigned

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Brings 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Receptionist reflecting a strong grasp of administrative and operational functions
  • Social media experience across multiple platforms
  • Tech savvy; experience with various office equipment, such as printers, fax machines, projectors. Along with a solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google Suite

Compensation:

  • $50,000-$55,000 annual salary; commensurate with experience
