As a Administrative Assistant for our Anchor House, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho's youth by providing clerical, administrative and operational support for the Adoptions, Counseling, and Family Resource Center.
Must Haves:
  • Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid, state-issued driver's license or obtain one within 15 days of hire

Preferred:
  • Experience in the mental health/social services field

Our Administrative Assistants:
  • Greets telephone callers and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Accepts inquiries and referrals for Anchor House services using excellent customer services skills and communication
  • Performs intake procedures and schedules new cases as a follow through of the inquiry process
  • Maintains client records ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information
