A growing, family-owned company is seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and company leadership. This is a highly visible role that offers a mix of office administration, executive support, vendor coordination, and project assistance.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys being the go-to person who helps keep an office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, service providers, and insurance brokers
  • Coordinate and assist with annual commercial insurance renewals and related documentation
  • Maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and other business records
  • Order office supplies and oversee facility-related needs
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Welcome visitors and provide professional front-office support
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide executive and personal assistant support to the Owner
  • Assist with company events, special projects, and operational initiatives
  • Maintain organized files, records, and administrative documentation
  • Prepare reports, track projects, and support leadership as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism


3+ years of administrative, office management, executive assistant, or related experience
