Job description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO while serving as a key backup to the Executive Assistant team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Description

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling.
  • Serve as backup support for executive leadership when primary Executive Assistants are unavailable.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications and requests.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries as needed.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other executive materials.
  • Manage expense reporting and administrative documentation.
  • Support special projects, events, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Profile

A successful Executive Administrative Assistant to CEO should have:
