Job description

Paradise Pools, Inc. is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant to join our Napa office. This is a fast-paced position with a high volume of phone calls and emails.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Make outgoing customer calls and follow up as needed
  • Respond to and manage customer emails
  • Assist customers with scheduling, service questions, and account inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments
  • Communicate with field technicians and office staff
  • Enter and update customer information accurately in our CRM
  • Maintain organized customer records and documentation
  • Assist with general administrative and day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, receptionist, or similar role preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, high-energy, and professional attitude
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, including printers and scanners
