We have over thirty employment discrimination attorneys who are adept to handle high profile sexual harassment cases as well as all types of sexual assault, discrimination and wage & hour cases.

Job Summary

As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff members, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive image of the firm. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and staff members in a warm and professional manner
  • Answering phone calls, screening, and transferring calls to appropriate individuals within the firm
  • Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier deliveries
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Maintaining the reception area's cleanliness and ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Collaborating with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and support for attorneys.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professional standards and ethics.
  • Assisting with other general office duties and projects as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excelling verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and courteous demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and law firm operations is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
