We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper Assistant to join our office team and help support our accounting and administrative operations.
Position Overview
The Bookkeeper Assistant will work closely with management and the bookkeeping team to help maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, organize documents, and support day-to-day office accounting tasks. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, comfortable with numbers, and experienced with QuickBooks Online.
This is an in-office position and may be structured as either part-time or full-time, depending on the right candidate's availability and company needs.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Enter bills, payments, deposits, and other transactions into QuickBooks Online
  • Help reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Maintain accurate vendor, customer, and job-related records
  • Assist with invoicing, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding balances
  • Organize receipts, statements, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Support payroll preparation and time tracking as needed
