Onsite Job – Administrative Assistant III

Work Location: Norfolk, VA
Duration: 06 Months Contract
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM
Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week
Education Required: High School or Equivalent

Position Description

We are looking for an ambitious Administrative Assistant who is proactive, highly organized, levelheaded, an effective communicator, and comfortable interacting with all levels of management.

The selected candidate will provide a full range of administrative work assignments for the program. As a key member of our Program Management Office (PMO), you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the assigned project, maintain accurate records, and facilitate effective communication among internal, external, and corporate team members.

Skills Required

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with project managers, superintendents, schedulers, and other stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including:

    • SharePoint

    • Excel (Advanced)

    • Word

    • PowerPoint

    • Outlook (Advanced)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve issues and improve processes.
