Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant III provides expert-level administrative support and leadership to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and enhanced organizational efficiency. This role requires a highly experienced professional with 11+ years of administrative experience, capable of working independently, managing complex priorities, and supporting senior-level teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills while handling sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative and operational support to assigned teams and leadership
  • Independently manage calendars, schedules, and appointments, prioritizing critical tasks and optimizing time management
  • Lead the coordination of high-profile meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
