Senior Specialist, Administration

As an Administrative Assistant at ASM in Hillsboro, OR, you will support service operations leadership by ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and delivering high-quality administrative support. This role is central to maintaining an efficient, well-organized workplace while serving as a key point of contact for employees, customers, and visitors. What you will be working on
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to site leadership, including reporting, scheduling, and departmental coordination
  • Manage executive-level calendars, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting logistics
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
  • Support onboarding processes, site badging, and new hire experience initiatives
  • Maintain office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, facilities upkeep, and workspace organization
