The Opportunity
As an Oracle Cloud Finance - Senior Associate, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and implementing Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored solutions using Oracle Financials software
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Finance systems
- Managing and maintaining Oracle Finance systems to validate operational efficiency and compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation
- Utilizing analytical thinking to monitor and analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights
- Developing financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Presenting financial reports and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business objectives
- Applying financial accounting and reporting standards to maintain accuracy and integrity in financial transactions
- Guiding teams in the execution of finance technology projects and initiatives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency the following within implementing Oracle Financials: GL, AP, Expenses, CM, AR, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants (PPM), FA, or AHCS /FAH
- Utilizing Oracle Hyperion Financial Management for strategic financial planning
- Implementing finance transformation initiatives within Oracle ERP environments
- Analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Developing financial models to support business process improvements
- Excelling in communication to build meaningful client relationships

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
