As our MBA Summer Associate, Strategy & Operations, you'll work directly with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives that shape the future of the business. This is an MBA internship taking place in summer 2027.

You'll help solve complex operational challenges, develop strategic recommendations backed by rigorous analysis, and drive initiatives from concept through execution. By improving core business processes, your work will have a measurable impact.
You'll leave the summer with meaningful ownership, exposure to executive leadership, and tangible accomplishments that extend well beyond a typical internship experience.
What You'll Do
Projects will be defined and scoped collaboratively, but will draw from areas like:
  • Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and leading small-scale operational improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting enterprise transformation initiatives by tracking milestones, managing risks, and coordinating across multiple functional teams.
  • Analyzing complex data sets and translating insights into clear, executive-ready presentations and recommendations.
  • Conducting market and competitive research to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Developing dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into business performance.
  • Facilitating working sessions and stakeholder meetings to align teams around key initiatives.
  • Working cross-functionally with leaders across Finance, Operations, Technology, HR, and Portfolio Companies to drive execution.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
  • Is currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2027 to June 2028.
  • Has experience (or a strong interest in) designing and prototyping AI-driven workflows that reduce friction and improve team efficiency
  • Enjoys solving ambiguous business problems using data, structured thinking, and practical execution.
  • Is comfortable balancing strategy development with hands-on implementation.
  • Can communicate complex analyses clearly through presentations, storytelling, and executive-ready materials.
  • Thrives in collaborative environments and can build relationships across multiple teams.
  • Has a GPA of 3.5 or above.

Is based in or willing to relocate to Dallas for the summer (full-time, five days per week on-site).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.
  • Proficiency with Excel and experience working with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience working with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, ClaudeCode, PowerAutomate
  • Experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and cross-functional program execution.
