Responsibilities
  • Reads and analyzes incoming correspondence and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Responds to incoming correspondence.
  • Compiles and analyzes various types of complex information for inclusion in reports and/or presentations using graphical software, spreadsheets, and/or presentation software.
  • Answers telephones and resolves complex caller needs within broadly-defined guidelines and without managerial oversight.
  • Supervises departmental clerical staff and ensures completion of assigned tasks.
  • Works directly with senior management on special projects.
  • Prepares agendas and make arrangements to include food service, room scheduling and materials preparation.
