Job description

The Branch Administration Assistant supports branch operations by processing administrative paperwork accurately and efficiently and serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries via the Company's phone line.
Essential Functions
  • Process (data entry) branch paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Meet weekly processing goals. Answer the Customer Service phone line in a professional manner (average 40 calls per day).
  • Route and distribute incoming customer phone calls accurately.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain direct contact with field personnel from branch locations.
  • Develop knowledge of a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Perform general office duties

Education & Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Team player who is friendly, personable, and enthusiastic
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
