Job description

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for filing and records management, scheduling, meeting preparation, and front-line customer service. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and thrives on staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate and organized physical and digital filing systems
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients — via phone, email, and in person
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed
  • Handle general office correspondence (emails, mail, phone calls)
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Support other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
