About this LPN Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct vital signs and wound care, administer medications, and provide assistance with daily living activities.
