We are seeking a friendly, professional, energetic, and highly organized Showroom Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join our luxury showroom and office.
As the first voice our clients hear and the first person they see when entering our showroom, you will play a major role in creating an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service
  • Greet clients, vendors, and visitors professionally and enthusiastically
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule estimates, appointments, Zoom meetings, and company calendars
  • Manage and track incoming leads
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and showroom setups
  • Draft professional correspondence and documents
  • Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Update customer and project information in company software
  • Assist with permit packages and follow up with municipalities and building departments
  • Communicate with clients, designers, project managers, vendors, and city officials
  • Maintain organized filing systems and office documentation
  • Provide administrative support to office staff and project managers
  • Assist with overall office operations as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom and office environment at all times
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems confidently
  • Fluent English required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
  • Buildertrend experience is a plus
  • South Florida permitting experience is a plus
  • Construction experience is not required but is a plus
