Job description

The Walters Company has been the premier HVAC service provider for the Capital region since 1936. Currently, we are looking for an  administrative assistant to keep up with our growing demand.  
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer Incoming Phone Calls
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing copying and scanning
  • Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
  • Maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory
  • Contribute to a team effort to help accomplish goals throughout the office
Hours:
  • 8 - 4:30
