Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Property/Lease Admin,locatedin Raritan, NJ or Warsaw, IN or West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA.

The Property/Lease Admin plays a key role in supporting DePuy Synthes' real estate and facilities portfolio by ensuringaccuratelease administration, documentation, and reporting. This role contributes directly to operational continuity and financial accuracy across leased and owned properties. The position offers exposure to corporate real estate operations within a global medical technology organization and provides an excellent foundation for growth in real estate, facilities, or corporate services functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of real estate leases and property agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

  • Maintain complete and organized documentation for lease, purchase, and property transactions.

  • Assistwith lease data tracking, critical dates, and renewals to support portfolio management activities.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendorsregardingreal estate records and documentation needs.

  • Prepare basic reports and financial summaries using data provided by accounting or senior team members.

  • Support real estate projects, programs, and process improvements under close supervision.

  • Perform basic trend analysis and data reviews to support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Apply Johnson & Johnson's Credo and leadership principles in daily work and team interactions.

Qualifications

Education

  • Associate'sorBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, ora relatedfield (Bachelor'sdegree preferred).

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • Proficiencyin standard office software (e.g.,Microsoft Excel, Word, and document management tools).
