Mental Health Facility Administrator TraineeLocation: Seguin, TX, 78155Job Description:

The Mental Health Facility Administrator Trainee will be responsible for assisting the Area Manager in the day-to-day operations of the mental health facility. The Trainee will be trained in all aspects of facility management, including but not limited to:

  • Staff management and supervision
  • Financial management and budgeting
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Quality assurance and improvement
  • Client care and satisfaction

The Trainee will work closely with the Facility Administrator to learn the skills necessary to become a successful Administrator. The Trainee will also be responsible for completing assigned tasks and projects, attending meetings and trainings, and participating in the development and implementation of facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Above 21 years of age
  • Previous personnel management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lower up to 50 pounds

  • Experience working with Mental health clients
  • Valid Texas Drivers license
  • First Aid CPR Certified
