SCH OF REHABILITATION SCIENCES - Stud Admin GA Rehabilitatn Sci
Job Classification

Position summary
  • Administrative support to the admissions director
  • Assist students and parents regarding the Physical Therapy programs requirements - undergraduate and graduate
  • Counsel and advise students for schedules and registration, including incoming Freshmen
  • Evaluate transcripts for prerequisite course fulfillment
  • Monitor completion of non-academic requirements
  • Collaborate with professors for DPT interviews
  • Process and monitor DPT applications and confirmation deposits
  • Assist with pre-PT assemblies
  • Assist with preview and promotional events
  • Assist in training new employees

  • Customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Able to multi-task with frequent interruptions, attention to details
  • Able to work as a team member and repsect the scheduled work hours
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to focus and learn quickly.
  • Would prefer availability for 2 academic years
  • Conforms to the University's standards of dress
