Job description

CAG Construction Corporation is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and supporting our daily business activities. We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities:
Relevant Experience
Demonstrated experience in navigating New York City agency payment procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of transactions and compliance with city requirements.
Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and ordering when necessary.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
Assist with data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Greet visitors and provide general support to staff.

 Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
