About the role Job Summary
The Administrator is responsible for providing basic administrative support by following established procedures. This role works under close supervision and handles routine tasks to support office operations.
This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and work under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously.

This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail handling.
Support scheduling and meeting coordination.
Maintain office supplies and assist with logistics.
Follow instructions and escalate non-routine issues.
Skills & Qualifications
May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience to carry out the role.
Basic administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
