Job description

Employment Solutions is currently seeking a Warehouse Admin to work in Fort Worth, Texas for a well-established food and beverage cold storage warehouse. Our client manufactures and distributes various consumer products throughout the world and has been in business for over 100 years.
SCHEDULE:

Training is M-F from 8AM to 4PM. After training, one person will be assigned to the day shift (6AM to 6:30PM) and the other person to the night shift (6PM to 6:30 AM).
PAY: $27/hour

Warehouse Admin, Inventory Control, Counting and Auditing

  • Responsible will assist forklift operators with warehouse inventory discrepancies, attend meetings, administer disciplinary action warnings to associates regarding job or safety performance, and have an excellent knowledge of microsoft office suite,
  • Research complaints, reconcile inventory issues via WMS or RF scanner
  • Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory counts
  • Identify and verify stock discrepancies between physical counts and WMS logs, reducing inventory shrinkage
  • Count and reconcile inventory data within warehouse software to optimize restocking cycles and prevent shortages
  • Flag damaged items and process returns paperwork 
  • Audit storage locations routinely to maintain structural integrity and exact location tracking of items


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have 3+ years of plant and manufacturing experience
· One year of college or trade school, or three to six months related experience that is equivalent or combined of education and experience 
· Must be comfortable working in a cold storage environment 
· High school diploma or GED
· Flexibility to work overtime as needed day or night
· Must be accurate and precise in inventory counts/audit
· Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions & decimals
· Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Process (GMP's)
· Follow instructions and show focused decision-making
· Must be able to lift and move up to 60 pounds
· Must be able to meet physical demands of standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, and grasping for 10-12 hours
